We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who enjoys building scalable systems, solving complex technical problems, and shipping fast. You’ll work closely with product, AI/ML, and frontend teams to build reliable backend infrastructure and APIs that power our platform.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop robust microservices and distributed systems
- Work on database design, optimization, and data modeling
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and AI/LLM services
- Improve system performance, reliability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship features end-to-end
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of backend engineering experience in product/startup environments
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services at scale
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of system design, caching, queues, and distributed systems




- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Ability to move fast in a high-ambiguity startup environment

Nice to Have

- Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based products
- Exposure to vector databases, event-driven architectures, or data pipelines
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems
- Startup or early-stage company experience
