We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team The candidate will be responsible for planning designing and overseeing residential commercial projects from concept to execution Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings layouts and 3D designs Develop design concepts as per client requirements Coordinate with clients engineers contractors and consultants Site visits for supervision and design coordination Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations Prepare BOQs material specifications and approvals Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Revit Photoshop Strong design sense and technical knowledge Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple projects Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
