We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Executive to manage day-to-day restaurant operations stock control vendor coordination and customer service at T Qila The Qila The ideal candidate should be organized confident and able to handle rapid-paced environments Assist in receiving storing and issuing goods in the hotel s storeroom Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using inventory management software Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste and spoilage Receive deliveries of goods and verify that the delivered items match the purchase orders Ensure proper storage of received items to prevent damage or spoilage Full-fill internal requisitions from various departments within the Restaurant ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Maintain records of items issued to different departments and track usage Coordinate with department heads to understand their supply needs and prioritize accordingly Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions including receipts invoices and requisitions Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing finance and kitchen to ensure smooth operations and optimal inventory control Assist colleagues and provide support as needed during peak periods or special events Requirement Graduate or hospitality diploma preferred Experience in restaurant store operations Good communication and team coordination skills Basic knowledge of billing POS systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure Interested Candidate Send their Resume in hrd saffronleaf com or hrm saffronleaf com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
