About Marriott Marriott Tech Accelerator is part of Marriott International a global leader in hospitality Marriott International Inc is a leading American multinational company that operates a vast array of lodging brands including hotels and residential properties It consists of over 30 well-known brands and nearly 8 900 properties situated in 141 countries and territories Role Title Quality Engineer Salesforce Position Summary At Marriott International we are seeking a highly engaged and motivated Software Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced and high-performing application development team In this role the candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce applications and integrations through comprehensive testing strategies both manual and automated The engineer will work closely with developers product managers and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to validate functionality performance and data integrity across the Salesforce ecosystem Job Responsibilities Design develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications Validate Salesforce configurations customizations Apex LWC integrations and data flows Collaborate with development teams to understand business requirements and technical implementations Implement test automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines Perform functional regression integration smoke and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce environments Analyze test results log defects and drive issues to resolution in coordination with engineering teams Ensure adherence to testing best practices quality metrics and compliance standards Work in an Agile Scrum workplace and actively participate in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives Skill and Experience 4-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering with at least 23 years focused on Salesforce platform testing Experience testing Salesforce custom development Apex LWC declarative features and integrations Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium TOSCA Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira TestRail or Zephyr Strong understanding of QA methodologies processes and test documentation Knowledge of Salesforce data models security configurations and workflows Salesforce QA or Admin certification e g Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder Familiarity with performance and load testing for Salesforce apps Education and Certifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field Work location Hyderabad India Work mode Hybrid
