We are looking for a results-driven SEO Google Ads Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing team at Glowing Digital The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both SEO and Google Ads campaigns with leadership qualities to manage junior team members delegate tasks and lead projects to completion If you have a passion for organic and paid search marketing keep up with Google updates and love driving ROI-focused campaigns we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SEO strategies on-page off-page and technical SEO Plan and run profitable Google Ads Search Display Shopping campaigns Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and website audits Optimize landing pages for both SEO and PPC performance Collaborate with the content and design team for campaign execution Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush etc Train and mentor junior SEO PPC executives Stay updated with the latest SEO Google Ads trends and algorithm changes Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic insights Requirements 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads Strong knowledge of keyword research tools Ahrefs SEMrush Ubersuggest etc Expertise in Google Ads Manager Analytics and Tag Manager Experience with WordPress Shopify or similar CMS platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team leadership experience is a big plus Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certification optional but preferred Agency background or client-facing experience Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
