Position Technical Lead Experience Required 5 Years Location Noida Sector 62 About the Role As a Technical Lead at Benthon Labs Pvt Ltd you ll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies You ll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design development deployment and maintenance of new and existing features You ll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end You ll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create great user experience You ll write reusable and maintainable code You ll optimize web design for mobile for maximum speed Ultimately your work will have a direct impact on the stability and user experience of our products Key Requirements 1 Minimum 5 years of development experience with back-end and front-end technologies 2 Comfortable in working with both front-end back-end languages 3 Having solid knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Node js and JavaScript frameworks like Angular React and Vue 4 Having good knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries like HTML CSS and JavaScript 5 Familiarity with databases like MySQL and MongoDB web servers e g Apache and cloud services like AWS Azure GCP etc 6 Experience with testing and debugging is hands-on 7 Analytical and good at time management 8 Have great communication and problem-solving skills 9 Curious about new technologies and you re excited to find ways to implement them in your work 10 Have experience with coaching and mentoring other developers or a team of developers Must-Have Skills 1 5 years of development experience in front-end and back-end technologies 2 Strong expertise in Node js for back-end development 3 Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks React js Angular or Vue js 4 Familiarity with databases MySQL MongoDB and web servers Apache Nginx Hands-on experience with cloud services AWS Azure or GCP 5 Ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical projects forward Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 400 000 00 - 2 100 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Experience Node js 3 years Required AWS 1 year Required Team Lead 1 year Required Work Location In person
