The Program Associate will be responsible for structured execution of startup programs investment-related activities and ecosystem engagements This role demands strong ownership communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives Key Responsibilities Coordinate with startups for sessions events and follow-ups Drive due diligence and onboarding of startups for programs and investments Assist in organizing and managing workshops events and ecosystem connects Prepare structured documentation reports and program records Provide regular updates and insights to the Program Manager Build robust working relationships with startups investors and ecosystem partners Contribute towards planning and execution of CSR-linked activities Requirements Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred in Management Business or related fields 1-3 years of experience in program management incubation or ecosystem engagement Strong communication coordination and event management skills Experience in structured reporting and documentation Passionate about startups ecosystem building and innovation Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
