A ssist in understanding process and system requirements to develop hardware engineering deliverables D esign and Engineer System Marshalling and Relay Panels P repare and validate G eneral Arrangement GA and Internal Arrangement IA drawings H eat load calculations for panel sizing and ventilation I O assignment ICS FG Grouping loop templates Cable schedules termination details and grounding layouts and etc G enerate system architecture and hardware layout drawings E nsure all design inputs tools and documentation are in place before execution D eliver hardware solutions that meet project standards quality and cost targets C onduct site surveys to assess existing hardware infrastructure and plan upgrades P articipate in Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing SAT S upport installation and commissioning of control system hardware at site C oordinate with vendors and contractors for panel fabrication and field wiring I dentify and implement improvements in hardware design and execution C ollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution E xperience in control system hardware design including DCS PLC and Safety Systems F amiliarity with field instrumentation wiring junction boxes cable trays and enclosures H ands-on experience in panel engineering and field integration P roficiency in preparing GA IA drawings heat load calculations grounding schemes and loop documentation U nderstanding of electrical systems and grounding practices in industrial environments E xposure to legacy system upgrades and R M project environments E xperience with site commissioning and troubleshooting of hardware systems E xperience in Power Generation projects preferably NTPC or similar thermal power plants F amiliarity with Honeywell Experion PKS or equivalent control platforms is a plus B achelor s Degree in Instrumentation Electrical Electronics or Electronics Communication Engineering M inimum 3 years of experience in control system hardware engineering preferably in the Power domain H
