Job Title Senior Legal Associate - Non-Litigation Male - Day Night Shift Experience 2-3 Years Location Airoli Mindspace East Shift Day Night Shift Male Candidates Only Department Legal Non-Litigation Industry IT ITES We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Legal Associate Male Candidate with a strong background in non-litigation corporate legal work and proven team handling or supervisory experience Key Responsibilities Supports case preparation by preparing case summaries Develop cases by preparing and forwarding Summonses Complaints preparing and filing discovery requests preparing responses to opposing counsel drafting of litigation documents generating status reports Draft review and finalize a wide range of non-litigation legal documents especially demand letters compliance notices etc Lead mentor and support a team of junior legal associates to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables Review drafts prepared by team members providing feedback and guidance where necessary Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes Stay updated with relevant laws regulations and best practices in legal drafting and communication Notes LL B is mandatory 2-3 years of Full time legal experience non-litigation only Must have hands-on experience in drafting demand legal letters 1-2 years of team handling experience will be the added advantage Excellent legal drafting as well written and Verbal communication skills Comfortable with night shift Male candidates only due to shift requirements Employment Type Full-Time Compensation 30 000-45 000 per Month Joining Immediate Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
