Heena Ambala Design Engineer Salary 20 000 - 27 000 per month depending on experience and interview Job Summary The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new agricultural machinery and improving existing products A key requirement for this role is proficiency in 2D and 3D design with specific knowledge of nesting techniques using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Key Responsibilities Design and develop new components and assemblies for Agri Food Processing Machinery using 2D and 3D CAD software SolidWorks AutoCAD Create detailed engineering drawings specifications and BOMs Bill of Materials Apply 2D and 3D nesting knowledge to optimize material utilization and reduce waste in manufacturing processes Perform design calculations and simulations to ensure product functionality durability and cost-effectiveness Collaborate with the production and service teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and serviceable Conduct research on new technologies and materials to incorporate into designs Participate in prototyping testing and validation of new designs Make modifications and improvements to existing designs based on performance feedback and market requirements Maintain accurate design records and documentation Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Agricultural Engineering or a related field Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD Demonstrated knowledge and experience in 2D and 3D nesting techniques for material optimization Experience in designing machinery preferably agricultural or food processing equipment Strong understanding of engineering principles materials and manufacturing processes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Must be a male candidate from Ambala Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Design Engineer 3 years Required Location Ambala Haryana Required Work Location In person
