Key Responsibilities Import Documentation Prepare shipping documents such as invoices packing lists certificates of origin bills of lading etc Ensure accuracy and compliance with customs shipping and export-import regulations Customs Compliance Coordinate with CHA Customs House Agents freight forwarders and shipping lines Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DGFT customs duty GST and other regulatory requirements Logistics Coordination Liaise with transporters warehouses and shipping agents to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Track and update shipment status to internal departments and clients Record Keeping MIS Maintain proper filing and digital records of all shipping documents Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports related to logistics and documentation Communication Support Coordinate with internal departments Sales Purchase Accounts Production for smooth shipment processing Handle queries related to shipments documentation and compliance Key Requirements Education Graduate - Commerce Experience 5 to 7 years in logistics -import documentation Eligibility Only Female Married Candidates may apply Skills Good knowledge of export-import procedures and customs compliance Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and ERP systems Strong communication coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 9 884 13 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
