We are seeking a qualified and experienced female doctor BAMS BUMS BHMS to join our growing aesthetic practice The ideal candidate should be presentable possess solid knowledge of skin and hair treatments and be skilled at patient consultation and conversion Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and assessments for aesthetic procedures Perform and oversee non-invasive skin and hair treatments as per clinic protocols Explain treatment plans procedures and expected results to patients Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic standards Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients Convert walk-ins into clients by confidently presenting treatment options and packages Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic dermatology and treatments Requirements Bachelor s degree in BAMS BUMS BHMS mandatory Female candidates only Hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments skin hair Knowledge of common aesthetic and dermatological terminologies Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi Presentable personality with patient-centric approach Sales ability to convert walk-in leads to clients
