Job description Responsibilities for Service Supervisor Maintenance Repair and Service Will be heading a team of field service technicians in Odisha Delegating Repair Maintenance and Service task of Road Sweeping Machines PAN India Both Ride-On and Truck Sweeper Machines Hires Trains motivates and monitors the performance of service department staff Handles customer complaints as per TAT and according to brand guidelines Maintains high-quality services and minimizes repeat complaints for the same concern Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality Maintaining end to end service cycle Managing and controlling cost Assisting with or performing administrative tasks such as managing and updating invoices processing new service orders and tracking inventory Establishes and maintains 24-hour follow-up with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service experience Monitors field technicians daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records Keeping track of service and inventory records Prepares and administers an annual quarterly and monthly operating budget for the service department Maintaining strong relationships with spares manufacturers dealers and Sales Representatives Forecasting goals and objectives for the department Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations restrictions and laws ensuring the company s adherence to these regulations and remaining current on the industry s standards and current innovations materials tools and processes Maintains a safe work environment Skills Excellent leadership communication customer and supervisory skills Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with customer service standards and processes Budget tracking Ability to handle stress to operate under TAT deadlines Qualifications for Service Supervisor Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Mechanical Engineering and Management degree certification Candidate with an automobile service background will be preferred Communication Skills Written and verbal and Computer Skills Local candidates preferred Job Type Permanent Pay 450 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
