Lead you will be instrumental in managing the intricate accounting for our diverse US investment funds while also reinforcing a best-in-class investor relations process and supporting our valuation function You will also champion adoption of AI use cases across our fund administration functions This is a unique opportunity to build transform and lead an AI-native function as we grow and scale new International funds You will report to and work closely with our Controller and will collaborate with the broader Redesign Health Strategy Finance and Legal teams You will work out of our office location based in Bengaluru You must be willing to work hours that overlap 5 hours per day with Eastern Standard Time What you will do Develop and own our end-to-end fund accounting processes including performing and booking fund accounting entries primarily utilizing Allvue preparing quarterly Net Asset Value NAV packages and overseeing bank and trial balance reconciliations for all funds Champion the transformation of our fund administration processes to be AI-native Manage all aspects of the capital call and distribution processes for our funds including notice preparation investor communications coordinating with legal counsel and managing the execution of the flow of funds via banking institutions Oversee fund investor relations and reporting including managing ad hoc investor requests as well as the preparation and distribution of Quarterly and Annual Partners Capital statements Manage the annual audit process for all applicable funds gathering support preparing comprehensive packages and liaising with external auditors and external fund administrators as needed Support capitalization table management and reporting for Redesign s various funds in partnership with our Strategy Finance and Legal team Support tax compliance and reporting obligations for the funds including assisting with generating K-1s and other required investor filings supporting Know Your Customer KYC and Anti-Money Laundering AML procedures for investors and coordinating with external compliance vendors What you will need You have a CA or CPA or equivalent license with a Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent field You have a demonstrated track record of adopting and championing AI use cases within your function s You have 6 years of experience in fund accounting and fund administration within professional services private equity venture capital or a hedge fund You have a strong understanding of US partnership accounting and complex fund structures International SPVs aggregator funds parallel funds holding vehicles You have demonstrated experience with core processes of capital calls distributions NAV calculations valuations and preparing fund financial statements You have experience supporting external fund audits and managing relationships with fund administrators legal counsel and auditors What you will bring to the table You are highly proficient with fund accounting software specific experience in Allvue is highly desirable but not required You have deep experience with investor relations or CRM platforms particularly Allvue or Salesforce for managing investor communications and document distribution You have intense personal curiosity and aptitude for learning and adopting AI tools You have experience with cap table equity administration software e g Carta You have experience with KYC AML procedures banking compliance and related relevant requirements e g FATCA CIMA You are familiar with partnership tax reporting
