Position Marketing Manager Male Candidates Only Job Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our bakery brand The ideal candidate will have a passion for food a deep understanding of bakery trends and experience in crafting compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness customer loyalty and sales across retail wholesale and online channels Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food products across retail foodservice and digital channels Plan and implement seasonal campaigns product launches and promotional activities e g holiday specials limited-time offers Oversee and grow the bakery s digital presence including website email marketing social media and online ordering platforms Conduct market research to understand customer preferences trends in the bakery sector and competitor activities Analyze marketing campaign performance using KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness Develop and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food industry regulations including labeling and advertising guidelines Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field Minimum 5 years of marketing experience preferably in the bakery food or FMCG industry Solid knowledge of consumer marketing brand building and digital marketing tools Passion for baked goods and familiarity with trends in the industry Excellent project management organizational and communication skills Ability to think creatively while also being highly analytical and results-oriented Location Angamaly Ernakulam Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
