Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive with a passion for sales and a robust interest in electrical and lighting products The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory If you thrive in fieldwork love meeting people and are motivated by results we d love to meet you Key Responsibilities Identify and target new customers including electrical contractors architects interior designers builders and end-users Conduct regular field visits to promote and sell the company s electrical and lighting product range Generate leads follow up on inquiries and convert them into successful sales Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution Deliver product presentations demos and customized quotations to clients Keep abreast of competitor activities market trends and customer preferences Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience preferably in electrical lighting or related industries Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Any field Electrical Engineering Marketing is added advantage Good understanding of electrical and lighting products is a plus Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills High level of self-motivation energy and a result-oriented attitude Comfortable with extensive local travel within the assigned region Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
