Experience 3-6 years in parking valet operations or facility management About the Role We are looking for a agile Parking Operations Manager to lead and oversee valet and parking operations at our sites This role requires strong leadership operational expertise and excellent coordination skills to ensure a smooth parking experience for our clients and customers Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day valet parking operations across multiple sites Manage and lead on-ground valet teams supervisors and site staff Ensure smooth vehicle movement safety and customer satisfaction Train guide and monitor performance of valet staff Coordinate with clients security and facility teams for seamless operations Track daily parking reports collections and ensure compliance with SOPs Handle escalations and resolve customer or site-related issues promptly Conduct periodic audits and ensure vehicles are handled responsibly Requirements 3 years of experience in valet parking or facility operations Strong team management and coordination skills Excellent communication skills Hindi English regional preferred Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Willingness to work in shifts weekends or rotational duty if required Basic knowledge of reporting MS Excel or similar tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
