Job description About Us We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency offering 360 marketing solutions to brands across industries We specialize in performance marketing social media website development content creation and more We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on ROI CPC and ROAS and knows how to scale campaigns with precision and creativity Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Facebook Instagram Google Ads YouTube LinkedIn and others Manage end-to-end paid media strategy and execution for multiple clients across industries Monitor and analyze key performance metrics CTR CPC CPA ROAS etc and create actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with creative content and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and messaging Perform A B testing on creatives audiences and landing pages to maximize performance Develop and present monthly weekly campaign reports to clients highlighting successes learnings and improvement plans Stay updated with latest trends tools and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing preferably in an agency workplace Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving high ROAS across digital platforms Expertise in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools UTM GA4 etc Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Google Sheets for reporting and data interpretation Good understanding of audience targeting remarketing and conversion optimization Ability to manage multiple clients projects and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Bonus Skills Good to Have Experience with tools like SEMrush Ahrefs or SimilarWeb Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms Knowledge of funnel building and lead generation strategies Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprint etc What We Offer A dynamic and creative work environment with growth opportunities Opportunity to work with diverse clients and exciting brands Performance-based incentives and career development support Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
