Site Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in construction supervision and a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop and implement detailed project plans schedules and budgets Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays Site Supervision Oversee daily construction activities in office ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications Inspect materials and workmanship to guarantee quality standards Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently Quality Control Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations Conduct regular inspections and quality audits Document and report on project quality metrics Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including daily reports inspection reports and change orders Prepare progress reports and other relevant documents for project stakeholders Client Communication Communicate effectively with clients contractors and project team members to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction supervision Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry standards Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driver s license Preferred Qualifications Certification in construction management or a related field Experience with specific construction software e g project management scheduling Knowledge of local building codes and regulations If you are a dedicated and results-oriented Site Supervisor we encourage you to apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 07 2025 Expected Start Date 15 08 2025
