Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads managing client relationships conducting property showings and closing sales You should have a passion for real estate excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales Key Responsibilities Identify prospective buyers and sellers through networking cold calling advertising and referrals Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients Provide clients with guidance on market conditions prices legal requirements and related matters Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business Promote properties through marketing channels open houses and online platforms Negotiate offers and close deals with both buyers and sellers Stay updated with real estate market trends property values and legislation Prepare necessary paperwork contracts leases deeds closing statements etc Collaborate with real estate agents mortgage lenders and legal professionals as needed Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive preferably in real estate Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently Knowledge of real estate laws regulations and market practices Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field preferred Valid real estate license as per regional local laws if required Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Key Competencies Client-focused approach Strong sales and negotiation ability Time management and organizational skills Adaptability and problem-solving High level of integrity and professionalism Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month
