Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries invoicing payments and receipts Manage accounts payable and receivable follow up with clients vendors for payments Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations Process employee reimbursements payroll entries and statutory deductions PF ESI TDS etc Ensure timely filing of GST TDS and other statutory returns Support in financial audits compliance checks and liaising with auditors consultants Prepare MIS reports cash flow statements and assist management with financial analysis Monitor subscription renewals license payments and other recurring software expenses Work closely with management on budgeting cost control and profitability analysis Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance CA ICWA Inter preferred but not mandatory 2-5 years of accounting experience preferably in IT software tech industry Strong knowledge of GST TDS and Indian accounting standards Hands-on experience with Tally ERP Zoho Books QuickBooks or other accounting software etc Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently with attention to detail and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS Software industry financials and revenue recognition Knowledge of international client billing and foreign remittances FIRC LUT etc Understanding of compliance requirements for IT companies Compensation Benefits Market-competitive salary based on experience and skills Exposure to working with global clients and technology teams Growth opportunities in a fast-paced software environment Job Type Full time Pay 8 284 61 - 44 953 28 per month Work Location In person
