Accountant Role Overview The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and analysis The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills a deep understanding of accounting principles and experience working in dynamic technology-driven environments Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliations and general ledger entries Prepare and maintain accurate financial records statements and reports Support monthly quarterly and annual closing processes Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and corporate laws Collaborate with internal teams sales operations product to manage budgets and expense tracking Assist with financial audits due diligence and compliance documentation Monitor cash flow and provide insights to optimize financial health Support implementation and optimization of accounting ERP software and automation tools Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership for strategic planning Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience Solid knowledge of accounting standards Strong proficiency in Excel Google Sheets experience with accounting software e g QuickBooks Zoho Books Tally NetSuite or Xero Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaborate across teams Strong communication skills and attention to detail Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
