Required Skills Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing English Odia Content writing Excellent interpersonal skills Presentation skills The ability to prioritise and plan effectively Digital media skills such as graphic design video editing and blog administration Social media management experience Major Responsibilities Manage Public Relations in planning coordinating and executing public relations activities and events at the College to promote a positive image Approves writing and distributing news releases announcing important College information and events updates and maintains Institutional online calendar of events Arranges photo shoots with professional photographers and provides digital photography for publications and to record special events maintains electronic photo archives Writing and producing presentations articles press releases and social media posts Coordinate the planning and implementation of alumni programs and initiatives such as but are not limited to Membership Volunteer Services Business and Program Development via the Alumni Association staff Manage and support selected constituent activities within the Alumni Association including direct mail communications event planning and volunteer relations activities Coordinate the design and production of publications invitations programs etc and assist in writing and editing proposals and other written materials Designing or project managing the production of visual communications and digital content Dealing with enquiries from the public the press and related organisations Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences open days exhibitions tours and visits Speaking publicly at interviews press conferences and presentations Providing clients colleagues with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
