managing diverse Compliance areas such as Global Ethics Office Global Regulatory Reporting Marketing Compliance Financial Crime Compliance and others for Invesco s global offices The team works closely with the Chief Compliance Officers and other Compliance leaders and business representatives across countries Core Compliance helps these stakeholders manage risks ensure regulatory compliances and provides solutions and advice on various issues to support them in delivery of products and services in a Compliant manner on the business growth initiatives The Invesco India Private Limited IIPL Core Compliance team provides compliance services to countries in Americas EMEA and APAC regions for diverse areas such as policy monitoring employee personal trading policy gifts and entertainment and others regulatory reporting marketing material reviews training administration data analytics management reporting global process improvement and automation initiatives This role will be part of Marketing Compliance team which is subfunction of Global Core compliance Your RoleSupports the Marketing compliance area within Core Compliance Currently the role will primarily support the APAC Marketing Compliance team Based on business needs regions in scope may get added or updated to other regions areas such as EMEA US Global Materials and others Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program Contribute to firm s global initiatives and programs relating to process improvements enhancing automation process standardization across countries improved analytics and others Perform periodic monitoring reviews for marketing materials approved through risk-based review approach Perform monitoring reviews for RFPs for the EMEA APAC region Partner effectively with local and global Compliance team members and other business functions as required Participate in periodic calls and meetings with the Marketing Compliance teams in APAC EMEA and other regions Identify and review requests from external parties and determine appropriate responses for such requests this includes requirements from various departments and business units too Coordinate organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results The Experience You BringUnderstanding of Financial markets Financial Products and Mutual fund industry Good analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones Proficiency in MS Office applications A positive attitude and willingness to learn High standards of ethics and integrity with robust emphasis on compliance with rules regulations Open to
