Company BM Info trade Pvt Ltd Position UI UX Design Intern About Company We are a specialized IT System Integrator in India with expertise in providing value-added IT services solutions Our solutions include Cloud Technology Cyber Security Business Continuity Plans Managed Services Consulting Data Analytics and RPA We believe in dedicated honest commitment with transparent communication that should reflect in our Deliverables as well as transactions with our clients Our company s USP is commitment delivery And we have been delivering high-quality services to our esteemed customers for more than 29 years now As a UI UX Design Intern at BM Info trade Pvt Ltd You will be responsible for creating visually compelling user-centered designs for web You will collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality seamless user experiences You will be involved in the full design lifecycle from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design an understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate business needs into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces Key Responsibilities User Research Analysis Conduct user research through surveys interviews and usability tests to gain insights into user needs and pain points Wireframing Prototyping Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to demonstrate design ideas and concepts UI Design Create high-fidelity user interface designs including visual elements icons and typography ensuring the final design is both functional and visually appealing Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals Design Consistency Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices by creating style guides and design systems Usability Testing Conduct user testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement Iterative Design Process Be open to feedback iterating designs based on usability tests user feedback and stakeholder input Requirements Proven experience as a UI UX Design Intern Product Designer or similar role with a solid portfolio showcasing your design work Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Figma Sketch or other UI UX design software Solid understanding of design principles color theory typography and user-centered design methodologies Experience in conducting user research usability testing and interpreting data Strong knowledge of responsive design and designing for different devices and screen sizes Familiarity with front-end technologies HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving design problems Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of design systems and best practices for scalability and maintainability A degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction HCI or a related field Working 1 Office hours 10 AM to 07 PM Days Monday to Saturday 2 For serious candidature only 3 Stipend 5000 Job Type Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 5 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
