Job Summary We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure that interior projects are delivered on time within quality standards and with maximum client satisfaction The role requires strong coordination skills between design production vendors and on-site workers Key Responsibilities Take charge of interior project sites from takeover to handover Interpret design drawings and ensure accurate execution on site Supervise carpentry false ceiling electrical painting flooring and other finishing works Coordinate with vendors contractors and labor teams for smooth work flow Maintain site protection safety and discipline standards Verify material deliveries ensure proper storage and minimize wastage Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Prepare and submit daily weekly site progress reports Communicate regularly with Project Managers and clients regarding site updates Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification before project handover Requirements Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in interior site supervision residential commercial Strong knowledge of interior finishes modular furniture and site execution Ability to read and interpret 2D 3D drawings Excellent coordination and team management skills Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works Proficiency in reporting and documentation Solid problem-solving skills and eye for detail Willingness to travel between project sites Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience Interior design 1 year Preferred License Certification 2 Wheeler Licence Preferred Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
