Job description The Business Development Manager is responsible for executing on the delivery of sales goals and projects within their region including driving new and repeat business with residential builders and other customers leading to territory growth and increased market share for our Veneer product This role is responsible to the Region Sales Manager for driving profitable sales and revenue in their assigned territory The incumbent will be required to meet and build long term relationships with following influencers in Residential projects - and get our products specified Architects Interior Designers PMCs Contractors Talk about our product their FABs Features Advantages Benefits and get our product listed in Architect BOQ Meet Contractors - and close the loop where Architects have specified Visit sites - to generate the lead Own the delivery of top-line revenue goals for the territory including new and repeat business with B2B clients such as builders of recent residential and commercial as needed construction projects to sell our turn-key stone solutions products and services Leads the territory focus on driving YOY growth in new sales new clients and repeat business and developing strong foundational relationships with customers that will last Accountable to deliver on financial goals for the territory including strategic objectives and projects as well as demonstrating safety compliance and the highest integrity while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics and ensuring the delivery of profitable sales Responsible for following territory directives in support of overall regional goals and strategy including continuous learning prospecting and development of new opportunities Participation in developing and executing overall company strategy sales targets and key objectives Travel is required These duties may be changed from time to time by the company Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Language English Required Work Location In person
