Job Title Site Supervisor - Residential Colony Location Sarona Raipur Employment Type Full time We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential colony The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil electrical plumbing landscaping and safety-related tasks are executed efficiently in coordination with contractors and in accordance with standards Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations across the residential colony including maintenance repairs and ongoing development work Monitor work of contractors vendors and in-house staff to ensure quality and timely delivery Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure buildings common areas water tanks sewage lines electrical systems and amenities Address resident complaints and coordinate timely resolution of maintenance issues Maintain records of all service repair and maintenance work Ensure safety protocols are followed across the colony especially for construction or repair sites Coordinate with the management committee or project office regarding updates approvals and budgeting Supervise housekeeping security gardening and other service staff Manage inventory of tools equipment and materials raise purchase requests as needed Assist in planning and overseeing minor construction modification projects within the premises Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location Raipur Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
