Job Title Scrum Master Location On-site Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with solid expertise in Agile methodologies to guide coach and support our teams in delivering high-quality products The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of agile principles foster collaboration and ensure consistent application of best practices across projects Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and other agile ceremonies Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams enabling continuous improvement Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment for problem-solving Ensure best practices in Agile methodology are followed and mentor teams on advanced agile practices Support product owners in maintaining well-defined backlogs aligned with business priorities Track monitor and report on delivery progress team performance and sprint outcomes Encourage self-organization accountability and ownership within the team Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent Agile certification mandatory Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role Strong expertise in Agile methodology Scrum and Kanban frameworks Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and communication skills Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or Azure DevOps Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on advanced agile practices Nice to Have Experience in Scaled Agile Framework SAFe or other scaling frameworks Background in software development QA or business analysis Exposure to DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines Apply through WhatsApp on (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 852 007 63 - 2 198 993 27 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
