Job Title Sr Sales Consultant We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions The ideal candidate will offer tailored advice based on factors such as facial features age profession personality and individual expectations This role offers an exciting prospect to engage with clients on a personal level providing tailored guidance and solutions while contributing to the growth and success of the studio Key Responsibilities Individual will be responsible for new client sales along with upsell cross selling Responsible to generate opportunities apart from what is provided by central marketing team via multiple channels BD MOU sign-ups BTL activities out station events etc Play a role of SPOC for the clients who are brought on board Set daily consultation and revenue targets regularly evaluating performance against objectives Achieve monthly revenue targets driving the studio s financial growth utilising all revenue points Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree required Preferred age 30 years and above Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Consultative one-on-one selling approach Experience in working directly with high-net-worth clients HNI in face-to-face consultations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 509 20 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
