Job Summary GBS Impex a leading export and import company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the financial health and reporting of the organization The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial data compliance with statutory regulations and provide insights to support business decisions Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Management Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable receivable payroll and general ledger management Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements 2 Budgeting Forecasting Develop and monitor budgets Provide forecasts and financial analysis to support management decisions 3 Compliance Audits Ensure compliance with tax regulations GST TDS and other statutory requirements Coordinate and manage internal and external audits 4 Inventory and Cost Management Monitor and analyze inventory costs related to GBS Impex s export and import operations 5 Process Optimization Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting department Implement systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy 6 Team Leadership Supervise junior accountants and provide mentorship Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting 7 Reporting Generate MIS reports for senior management Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures Key Competencies In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with international trade regulations and financial documentation Benefits Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Exposure to global business operations in the export import sector Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Experience Tally 2 years Required GST 2 years Required Work Location In person
