Vividh Impex a Back office of a USA-based company is looking for an Accounts Payable Receivable Manager to oversee the company s accounts payable Receivable function ensuring timely and accurate payment processing compliance with internal controls and workflow efficiency The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills team management experience accounts payable processes and financial reporting expertise Must be fluent in English and willing to work night shifts Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 3 30 am Key Responsibilities Manage the accounts payable Receivable cycle including invoice processing vendor payments reconciliations and reporting Lead and develop the accounts payable team providing training guidance and performance management Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices payments and expense reports Maintain compliance with company policies GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment processes and vendor relationships Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payment processing Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and support financial audits Oversee the reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers and month-end closing activities Develop and monitor key performance metrics related to accounts payable functions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field 5 years of experience in accounts payable with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to accounts payable including tax reporting and vendor documentation Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices Fluent in English and Writing skills to draft reports Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Paid time off Job Type Full-time Schedule Fixed Night shift Monday to Friday US shift 6 pm to 3 30 am If you are a results-driven Accounts Payable Receivable professional with leadership experience we invite you to apply and become a key part of our finance team Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
