Vendor Management Executive Position Overview We are looking for a Vendor Management Executive to build maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors ensuring smooth supply operations and compliance with company standards The role requires excellent negotiation skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vendors in a fast-paced e-commerce setting Key Responsibilities Identify onboard and manage vendors to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with vendors to achieve the best value Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely product availability and quality standards Monitor vendor performance through KPIs such as delivery timelines product quality and service compliance Resolve vendor-related issues such as delays discrepancies or disputes Collaborate with procurement operations and logistics teams to streamline vendor activities Ensure vendors comply with company policies legal requirements and ethical standards Maintain accurate vendor records contracts and performance reports Develop long-term vendor partnerships to support business growth Continuously analyze the market to identify new vendor opportunities and alternative sourcing options Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field 2-4 years of experience in vendor management procurement or supply chain preferably in e-commerce Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Good knowledge of vendor contracts compliance and procurement processes Proficiency in MS Excel vendor management systems and reporting tools Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience working in e-commerce or retail vendor management Familiarity with vendor evaluation tools and procurement software Analytical skills to assess vendor performance and cost optimization Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
