We are seeking a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in a shift-based workplace The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production adherence to quality standards and effective team management during assigned shifts Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities during the assigned 8-hour shift Maintain smooth operations across three shifts on a rotational basis Ensure shift targets are met with optimal resource utilization Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments for seamless operations Maintain shift records production reports and incident logs Train and guide operators and shop-floor staff on process compliance and safety Ensure adherence to safety hygiene and housekeeping standards at all times Handle shift handover efficiently to ensure continuity and avoid downtime Address minor breakdowns and escalate major issues to the Maintenance team Job Type Full-time Pay 20 500 00 - 23 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person
