Job Title Team Lead - Legal Company AMA Legal Solution LLP Location Sector 49 Gurgaon Employment Type Full time Overview AMA Legal Solution AMA Legal Solution is a specialized legal advisory firm providing end-to-end solutions in share recovery IEPF claims and transfer of physical shares We assist individuals investors and legal heirs in navigating complex legal and regulatory procedures with accuracy transparency and efficiency Job Summary The Team Lead - Share Recovery Process will be responsible for managing and overseeing end to-end share recovery operations including coordination with regulatory authorities such as IEPF Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority and Registrars Transfer Agents RTA The role requires strong leadership in-depth knowledge of share recovery procedures regulatory compliance and the ability to guide a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of client cases Key Responsibilities Process Operations Oversee the complete share recovery lifecycle including transmission duplicate shares demat and recovery from IEPF Ensure compliance with applicable laws SEBI guidelines IEPF rules and RTA procedures Review and validate documentation submitted to IEPF and RTAs for accuracy and completeness Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLAs Team Management Lead mentor and manage a team of executives handling share recovery cases Allocate work set priorities and track individual and team performance Conduct regular training sessions on process updates regulatory changes and best practices Address escalations and provide guidance on complex or high-value cases Authority Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for IEPF RTAs depositories and other regulatory bodies Coordinate with internal teams legal compliance operations to resolve case-related issues Handle client communication for escalated or critical cases ensuring transparency and accuracy Compliance Reporting Ensure adherence to internal SOPs audit requirements and regulatory timelines Prepare and present MIS reports case status dashboards and performance metrics to management Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations Stay updated on changes in IEPF rules SEBI regulations and RTA processes and implement necessary process changes Required Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Law or a related field Professional certifications or exposure to securities markets regulatory compliance will be an advantage Experience Preferred Experience in share recovery investor services RTA operations or capital market compliance Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a team handling or supervisory role Hands-on experience dealing with IEPF claims and RTA coordination is mandatory Skills Competencies Strong understanding of share recovery processes and regulatory frameworks Excellent leadership and people management skills High attention to detail and strong documentation review capabilities Effective communication skills written and verbal Ability to manage multiple cases deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously Proficient in MS Office and case-tracking reporting tools Key Performance Indicators KPIs Timely closure of share recovery cases Accuracy and compliance in documentation Team productivity and quality metrics Reduction in escalations and rejections from authorities What We Offer Attractive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a niche and growing legal advisory domain How to Apply - Interested candidates can send their resume to hr amalegals com with the subject line Application for Senior Sales Executive - AMA Legal Solution WhatsApp on (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
