The Senior Architectural Engineer will take the lead in design initiatives mentor junior engineers and ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality safety and sustainability Responsibilities Design Leadership Direct the design and development of architectural projects ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions are implemented Client Collaboration Engage with clients to understand their vision preferences and requirements translating these into detailed design proposals Project Management Oversee project planning execution and monitoring including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation Technical Expertise Provide advanced technical guidance on building systems structural analysis and construction methodologies Collaboration Partner effectively with architects clients contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the project lifecycle Quality Assurance Review and approve design documents specifications and construction drawings to ensure adherence to industry standards Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architectural Engineering Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering Skills - Proficiency in architectural design software e g AutoCAD Revit BIM - Strong project management and leadership capabilities - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of building codes regulations and construction practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Perks Health insurance Life insurance Schedule Day shift Experience architectural engineering 6 years Required Work Location In person
