Job Profile Quality Control QC Executive Department Steel Metal Fabrication Location Bhopal Madhya Pradesh Salary 25 000 per month Negotiable Depends on Interview Experience Required Minimum 2 Years Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Control QC Executive for our Steel Metal Fabrication Department The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring quality standards across fabrication welding and painting processes Hands-on experience with QC tools and inspection techniques is essential Knowledge of welding or painting inspection will be considered an added advantage Key Roles Responsibilities Conduct incoming in-process and final inspections of steel fabricated components Ensure products meet engineering drawings specifications and customer requirements Inspect fabrication activities including cutting bending welding grinding and painting Perform visual welding inspections and or painting inspections including DFT Dry Film Thickness Identify non-conformities and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPA Maintain inspection reports quality records and checklists Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues Support internal and external quality audits Ensure compliance with quality safety and process standards on the shop floor Required Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline Minimum 2 years of QC experience in Steel Metal Fabrication Industry Ability to read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments Vernier Caliper Micrometer Measuring Tape Height Gauge Bevel Protractor Experience in basic Welding Inspection or Painting Inspection Good knowledge of MS Mild Steel fabrication processes Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
