Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and well-presented Male Financial Counsellor to assist patients and families with hospital billing insurance coordination treatment cost estimates and financial queries The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills good financial understanding and experience working in a hospital environment Key Responsibilities Provide clear and accurate cost estimates for treatments and procedures Explain hospital charges billing procedures deposits and payment policies Assist with insurance verification pre-authorizations and cashless process Coordinate with TPA insurance teams for approvals and documentation Guide patients on financial assistance schemes and payment plans Verify patient documents and maintain accurate financial records Address billing queries and support the discharge billing process Liaise with doctors nurses and administrative staff for billing clarifications Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient satisfaction Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or related field 1-3 years experience in hospital billing insurance or financial counselling Strong knowledge of medical billing and TPA processes Proficient in MS Office and hospital billing software Excellent communication negotiation and customer care skills Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure Male candidates only job requirement due to patient-support shift duties Key Skills Medical billing insurance TPA coordination Cost estimation Patient communication Financial documentation Problem-solving multitasking Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
