Job Title- Finance Assistant Manager Location Pune Experience Minimum 9 Years Industry Manufacturing Industry Experience Mandatory Department Finance Accounts Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Finance Accounts with strong expertise in manufacturing finance accounts finalization costing statutory compliance and MIS reporting The ideal candidate must have 9 years of experience with hands-on exposure in a manufacturing company strong analytical skills and the ability to independently manage end-to-end finance operations Key Responsibilities1 Financial Accounting Finalization Handle day-to-day accounting general ledger and books finalization Prepare Profit Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow and schedule preparations Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial closing Ensure accounting compliance with IND-AS Indian GAAP 2 Costing Manufacturing Finance Manage cost accounting production costing and variance analysis Monitor BOM WIP overhead allocation and factory cost reports Support plant teams in inventory control production cost improvement and consumption analysis 3 MIS Financial Reporting Prepare monthly MIS reports financial dashboards profitability statements Analyze variances Budget vs Actual and provide insights to management Support strategic decisions through financial data analysis 4 Budgeting Forecasting Assist in preparing annual budgets rolling forecasts and financial projections Track budget performance and highlight deviations 5 Statutory Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and other statutory laws Coordinate with auditors for Statutory Internal IFC Tax audits Prepare and maintain audit schedules and documentation 6 Accounts Payable Receivable Oversee the AP AR cycle vendor customer reconciliations Monitor supplier payments credit utilization and working capital Manage ageing reports follow-up for collections and vendor management 7 Treasury Banking Manage day-to-day banking operations fund flow and cash flow Ensure efficient utilization of banking limits CC LC BG Monitor cash bank reconciliation and treasury operations 8 Internal Controls ERP Implement and monitor internal financial controls Experience in ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally Prime ERP Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs Required Skills Qualifications B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter preferred 9 years of experience in Finance Accounts MANDATORY 5 years in manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of GST TDS costing audit compliance Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems MS Excel and MIS reporting Excellent communication analytical and team coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Perks Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Years of Experience in Finance Current Location Work Location In person
