CIINFOS is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior IT Support Engineer CCTV MALE CANDIDATE to join our Thrissur Admin Office team The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in CCTV installation troubleshooting access control and security alarm systems This role requires technical expertise punctuality and the ability to manage field tasks independently with high accuracy Key Accountabilities KRAs 1 CCTV Installation Troubleshooting Maintenance Install configure and repair CCTV systems Analog IP Ensure first-time resolution of all assigned service calls Raise CRNs and maintain complete service documentation Monitor system health camera output DVR NVR storage uptime logs Perform periodic preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system performance 2 Attendance Access Control Systems Install and configure biometric attendance and access control devices Troubleshoot hardware connectivity and software issues Perform routine maintenance and updates for uninterrupted usage 3 Security Alarm Systems Install test and maintain burglar security alarm systems at branches Attend complaints promptly and resolve them within defined timelines Maintain logs and records for periodic inspections and system tests Key Performance Indicators KPIs High First-Time Fix Rate for service calls Complete accurate CRN and service documentation Daily monitoring of CCTV system health and proactive reporting Timely completion of all preventive maintenance tasks Quick response and resolution time for complaints Set project goals security monitoring safety and list functional needs like coverage camera type and remote access Survey the location choose camera positions and lighting assess environment and plan equipment and cabling Design the network Ethernet PoE storage servers monitoring room and power backup systems Required Knowledge Skills Abilities Experience with Cat5 Cat6 cabling fiber and copper termination low-voltage systems Robust knowledge of CCTV IP Cameras DVR NVR Access Control Attendance Systems Ability to install program and troubleshoot security devices Experience with burglar fire alarm systems and public display monitors Basic networking skills IP configuration routers switches NVR connectivity Ability to read and interpret electrical layouts blueprints Flexibility to work weekends night shifts if required Strong troubleshooting communication and documentation skills Education Experience BSc ITI Diploma in Electronics Electrical Hardware or related field 4-5 years of hands-on experience in security system installation maintenance Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
