Job Title Regional Sales Manager Precast Products Location Delhi NCR Ghaziabad Haryana Punjab region Industry Precast Products - U Shape Drain Drain Cover Box Culvert Precast Slab Working Hours 9 00 AM to 7 00 PM Experience Minimum 5 Years in Precast Building Materials Key Responsibilities Manage sales of U Shape Drains Drain Covers Box Culverts and other precast products in Delhi-NCR nearby regions Handle all IndiaMART inquiries prepare accurate quotations and convert leads into sales Conduct regular market visits to contractors builders consultants and government authorities Generate new inquiries from infrastructure projects industrial customers and EPC contractors Maintain strong relationships with structural engineers architects contractors government departments PWD NHAI CPWD and consultants Participate in tender meetings project presentations and government project discussions Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets and ensure timely payment collection Prepare quotations as per project specifications and follow up until order finalization Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify recent business opportunities Support dispatch coordination and ensure timely delivery to clients Maintain proper documentation daily MIS reporting and client follow-up records Qualifications Preferred Diploma B E in Civil Engineering OR MBA Marketing with experience in o Precast Industry o Paver Block Industry o Cement Building Materials Must have strong sales background in precast or construction material Skills Required Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Office internet research Deep understanding of Delhi-NCR construction market Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Target-oriented field-active and self-motivated Strong follow-up and planning skills Regional Market Knowledge Candidate must have strong knowledge of the following markets Delhi NCR Noida Gurugram Faridabad Ghaziabad Punjab Haryana Industrial areas infrastructure corridors Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 1 000 000 00 per year Work Location In person
