We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and control materials tools and inventory for our real estate operations The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in storekeeping within real estate or construction projects ensuring accurate stock records timely material availability and proper storage practices Key Responsibilities Receive inspect and record incoming materials tools and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records inward outward and balance stock in ERP system Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation Ensure proper storage labeling and safety of materials in the store Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits Coordinate with site engineers supervisors and procurement teams Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory Maintain cleanliness organization and safety standards in the store Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock reports Handle vendor delivery notes GRNs and material return records Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in real estate or construction projects Knowledge of construction materials cement steel electrical plumbing finishing items etc Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage High school certificate or equivalent Diploma in Inventory Store Management preferred Skills Competencies Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadlines Honest reliable and accountable Good communication and coordination abilities Location Market Yard Pune Immediate joiners required Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
