Location Nashik Experience 10 to 15 year s Lead all Incoming Quality Assurance IQA and inspection activities for raw materials and components entering the engine production facility Ensure zero-defect materials enter the production line by enforcing supplier quality standards and driving rapid non-conformance resolution This role is critical for protecting production quality and minimizing scrap Key Responsibilities Inspection Leadership Manage the Receiving Inspection RI team and process ensuring all incoming parts meet engineering specifications and utilize correct sampling plans AQL Non-Conformance Control Own the Non-Conforming Material NCM process Ensure timely identification isolation and disposition of defective supplier parts Supplier Corrective Actions Collaborate with Supplier Quality Assurance SQA to issue track and close Supplier Corrective Action Requests SCARs using structured problem-solving e g 8D to eliminate recurring defects QMS Compliance Develop and maintain IQA procedures compliant with IATF 16949 and organizational QMS requirements Metrics Monitor and report on key supplier quality metrics including Incoming PPM and Supplier Rejection Rate
