Job Title Travel Desk Executive Location Pune Experience Required 3 Years Industry Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Key Responsibilities Travel Planning Booking Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for employees flight train hotel and local transport Coordinate with travel agencies and service providers to get the best rates Ensure bookings are made in compliance with the company s travel policy Visa Documentation Assist employees in visa application processes and required documentation Ensure timely submission of passport ID and invitation letters Cost Control Reporting Monitor travel budgets and optimize travel costs Maintain travel expense reports MIS and reconciliations for accounts Scheduling Coordination Align travel schedules with production project and client meeting timelines Coordinate with various departments for seamless travel planning Vendor Management Manage relationships with travel agents cab vendors and hotel partners Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate rates contracts Emergency Support Provide real-time support to travelers for rescheduling or emergencies Maintain traveler contact lists and assist in travel insurance claims if required Policy Compliance Ensure adherence to the company s travel policy and suggest improvements as needed Maintain updated records of travel approvals and bookings Key Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of domestic and international travel routes airlines and hotel booking systems Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in MS Excel Outlook and travel software e g Amadeus Galileo or any ERP-based system Attention to detail and multitasking ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving attitude in high-pressure situations Educational Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferably with certification in Travel Tourism or Hospitality Familiarity with ERP software e g SAP Oracle or Odoo is a plus Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial company is preferred Hands-on experience with group bookings project-based travel and shift operations Ability to handle senior management travel with professionalism Job Type Full-time Pay 12 490 24 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift
