Job Title Business Development Manager BDM - Cosmetics Import Export Industry Cosmetics Import Export Location Head Office - Raipur Preference for candidates from metro cities Experience 5 - 7 years in relevant industry Salary 1 00 000 - 1 25 000 per annum Reporting To Head of Sales Director Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and agile Business Development Manager for our cosmetics import and export company The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in establishing and expanding both online and offline markets managing import-export operations and driving sales growth This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent market insights and a proven track record in the cosmetics industry Key Responsibilities Identify develop and execute business opportunities for imported and exported cosmetic products Establish and grow the brand presence in both online and offline markets Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and e-commerce platforms Analyze market trends competitor strategies and customer needs to formulate growth strategies Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for new product launches Manage end-to-end import-export operations including documentation compliance and logistics coordination Coordinate with the production supply chain and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and market penetration Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for senior management Attend trade shows exhibitions and business events to represent the company and generate leads Negotiate contracts pricing and agreements with business partners Mentor and guide junior team members in business development initiatives Required Skills Qualifications 5 - 7 years of experience in business development preferably in the cosmetics import-export industry Strong knowledge of cosmetic product market including online and offline sales channels Proven track record of establishing and growing products in new markets Understanding of import-export regulations documentation and compliance Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and drive business growth Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and e-commerce platforms Based in a metro city with willingness to operate from Raipur head office Preferred Skills Experience in working with international cosmetic brands Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion for cosmetics Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Work Location In person
