a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc Qualifications What s needed to succeed Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering 12 years of IT and business industry experience in application development or software delivery roles with a strong focus on people leadership 10 years of experience in application development using NET React and AWS tech stack 4 years of experience in architecting and designing the complex software applications Expert level knowledge in the Aviation PSS Passenger Service Systems with expertise in IATA s Order Offer framework Proven experience in leading application development teams preferably within the Airline Passenger Service systems Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with business partners and stakeholders Well versed with Microservices architecture Docker Container and CI CD concepts Strong knowledge in stakeholder engagement and working with US-based leadership teams Experience in Agile DevOps and cloud-based application development AWS Azure or Google Cloud Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate cross-cultural teams and time zone challenges to ensure seamless collaboration Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship Must be fluent in English written and spoken What will help you propel from the pack Preferred Qualifications Master s degree Computer Science Mathematics Information Systems or another related field Experienced with managing a team of 30-40 people Certifications such as PMP ITIL SAFe or Agile Scrum Master Airline PSS Experience is a plus
