Key Responsibilities Design high-impact ad creatives for Meta Google and other performance marketing platforms aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines Develop creatives for D2C skincare and fashion brands including static ads carousels banners landing page visuals and promotional assets Collaborate with performance marketing teams to understand funnels KPIs and audience insights translating them into effective visual communication Create multiple creative variations for A B testing including headlines layouts color treatments and visual hooks Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different platforms formats and audience segments Work on marketing collateral such as website creatives emailers product launch assets and social media visuals when required Interpret performance data and feedback to continuously optimize creatives for higher CTR conversions and ROAS Stay updated with industry trends competitor creatives and emerging design styles within the D2C and performance marketing space Coordinate with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency workplace Required Skills Qualifications 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing agency or D2C-focused environment Proven experience working with skincare fashion or beauty brands Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design impacts conversions Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects or motion skills are a plus Ability to design with a marketing-first mindset balancing aesthetics with performance goals Experience creating creatives specifically for paid ads Meta Google Strong attention to detail layout sense typography and color theory Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly based on data and team inputs Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
