Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the execution of multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Provide overall leadership and direction to project, engineering, procurement, and support teams.
- Manage day-to-day business operations and drive operational excellence across projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and risk management to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, execution, billing, and commissioning teams.
- Drive profitability through cost control, budget management, contract administration, and revenue optimization.
- Review project progress, financial performance, and operational KPIs, taking corrective actions when required.
- Support business development activities, tender reviews, and expansion opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project execution and management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong team management, mentoring,



and people-development skills.
- Excellent understanding of business operations, project finance, and profitability management.
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–20+ years of experience in MEP project management and operations.
- Experience in P&L; management, contract administration, and business growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, project management tools, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
