ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of enterprise application delivery. This role is meant for someone who can translate business complexity into clear product requirements, ensure engineering builds the right thing, and drive high-quality releases that work reliably in real-world operations.
This is not just a documentation or backlog role. The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring products are complete, usable, compliant, scalable, and ready for production use. The role requires close collaboration with business, operations, engineering, QA, and support teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-enabled product delivery setup where speed is important, but correctness and release quality are equally critical..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own product definition and delivery for enterprise and workflow-heavy applications.
· Gather requirements from business, operations, support, and leadership teams and convert them into structured product documentation.
· Create PRDs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, release notes, and business rules for engineering and QA teams.
· Design complete user journeys across multiple user roles, including validations, exception handling, edge cases, escalations, and approvals.
· Ensure that products are built with solid workflow logic, usability, traceability, and operational clarity.
· Work closely with engineering to align business requirements with technical feasibility, architecture constraints, and delivery priorities.
· Partner with QA to ensure comprehensive scenario coverage, requirement traceability, and release confidence.
· Own UAT readiness, stakeholder walkthroughs, release sign-off criteria, rollout planning, and post-release feedback loops.
· Track product adoption, usability gaps, defects,
turnaround times, and business impact after release.
· Continuously improve product quality, workflow efficiency, and user experience based on production feedback.
· Help create structure in an AI-enabled delivery environment so fast development does not compromise product quality.
· Identify practical opportunities to use AI within product workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, platform products, or workflow-heavy digital applications
· Strong experience in translating business processes into product requirements and structured workflows
· Proven experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation
· Ability to think through edge cases, exception scenarios, validations, approval flows, and status transitions
· Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams during the full product lifecycle
· Strong understanding of enterprise product needs such as role-based access, auditability, control points, and process traceability
· Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools for research, requirement drafting, structured thinking, and delivery acceleration
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, logistics, operations, or other compliance-sensitive domains
· Experience with enterprise applications involving multiple user roles and complex workflows
· Exposure to AI-enabled product delivery or AI-assisted product design
· Exposure to analytics, reporting, and product success measurement
· Understanding of integrations, platform thinking, and operational systems
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
· MBA or product certification is a plus, but not mandatory
