Academic Growth Strategist – MathTab MentorJob Summary

MathLab is looking for passionate and student-focused Academic Growth Strategists to mentor students and support their overall academic growth. The mentor will play a key role in ensuring that students are learning consistently, understanding concepts clearly, and maintaining proper study habits.

The role mainly focuses on regular student follow-up, academic motivation, doubt-clearing support, learning guidance, and maintaining continuous engagement with students and parents. The mentor should create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and discussing academic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct mentoring follow-ups with assigned students at least twice every week to ensure consistent learning and study progress.
- Monitor students’ academic engagement, learning consistency, attendance, and study habits.
- Support students in improving conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Be available through the Mentor Chat Support System to help students transparent doubts and receive academic guidance.
- Respond to students’ academic queries and provide timely doubt-clearing assistance.
- Encourage students to maintain regular practice, discipline, and confidence in learning.
- Identify learning gaps, weak areas, and improvement opportunities for students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and engagement when required.
- Coordinate with the academic team to provide effective support for students.
- Maintain student mentoring records,



progress reports, and follow-up updates.
- Motivate students emotionally and academically to help them achieve better learning outcomes.
- Support experiential and activity-based learning approaches followed by MathTab.

- Good conceptual understanding of mathematics and academic subjects.
- Ability to simplify concepts and clear doubts effectively.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, tutoring, counseling, or EdTech support is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for mentoring students may also apply.
